At Boo&Stu we wholeheartedly believe that design matters, and that great design inspires happy customers and can increase sales, sign-ups, enquiries and social sharing (to put it into very simplified terms!). We see it time and time again with our own clients. And with our Fine Art Painting background Stu and I also know just how important visual communication is in people's every day lives.
That's why we choose to specialise in beautifully crafted and bespoke design.
But now you don't just have to take our word for it...
Last year, The Design Council worked with the Arts & Humanities Research Council to measure the value that design thinking brings to small businesses, and they produced a little video (below) to show why.
According to the research...
That's quite an impressive statistic and one that definitely deserves a share here.
Apparently UK businesses spend over 33 Billion on design every year, which means that Designers are bringing in a serious amount of increased profits to businesses in our country.
This makes complete sense to me personally, not just as a Designer, but as a consumer myself. I am much more likely to want to engage with, and invest my time and money with, a company who has taken the care to invest in their brand.
If you are passionate about your business, then you will surely want your logo, your products, your services, your website, and/or your premises or shop to ooze your brand's values, and help you to stand out from the crowd.
We're 100% behind The Design Council when they say that design is truly worth investing in and that you should "Think differently, and grow your business".
Put the kettle on and watch the short video below (or you can view on this link) to see for yourself, and if you feel inspired to create something special for your business then get in touch, we'd love to hear from you.
